REFUND POLICY
Highdrive Productions offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. That means if you do not like the product, return it within two weeks, and we will refund your purchase. Defective merchandise may be returned with 30 days of purchase for replacement. If you receive a defective item, please contact customer services by send an explanatory email HERE.

address and telephone number. This must be entered exactly as the address and
telephone number the issuing institution has on file. Your credit card number
will be encrypted and secure. Your browser must be capable of handling 128-bit
encryption technology. Your credit card statement will be billed as Highdrive
Productions, Inc.
Checks
and Money Orders:
Highdrive Productions, Inc. Inc. accepts checks and money orders in US Dollars for Mail Order sales only. (Not available through the Web site) Orders paid by check may be delayed up to 2 weeks for clearance of funds. Make Checks/Money Orders payable to Highdrive Productions, Inc., Inc. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Send your order form and payment information to Highdrive Productions Inc., 532 La Guardia Place #536, New York, NY 10012.
WARRANTIES:
Highdrive Productions, Inc. stands behind everything it sells! Every item we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty that warrants against any manufacturer defects. ONLY Defective merchandise can be returned for replacement and must be done within 21 days of purchase. A return authorization number is required before any item can be returned. This number is acquired ONLY through our customer service department by writing to the above address, calling during our normal business hours, or by emailing our customer care department Sales@SpunkStar.com. Please package the item so that it is well protected during shipping. Make sure to write your return authorization number on the outside of the box. Ship the item via UPS ground, Federal Express, or the U.S. Postal Service with the proper amount of insurance to the address listed above. Your item will be replaced upon inspection.
SALES TAX:
Highdrive Productions, Inc. Inc. is required by State and Federal laws to charge
sales tax on products shipped in New York. No sales tax will be charged on orders
shipped outside New York.
Customers outside the United States:
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We cannot guarantee that orders shipped to addresses outside the United States
will ever arrive at their destination. We will not be held responsible for the
actions of customs agencies, mail agencies, and law enforcement agencies in
other countries which may detain or confiscate merchandise we attempt to ship
to you. Any confiscated items will not be replaced by Highdrive Productions,
Inc.
