Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Highdrive Productions offers a 100% satisfaction, money
back guarantee. That means if you do not like the product, return it within
two weeks, and we will refund your purchase. Defective merchandise may be
returned with 30 days of purchase for replacement. If you receive a defective
item, please contact customer service by send an explanatory email to sales@spunkstar.com.
Q: How will my purchase appear on my VISA or MASTERCARD credit card statement?
A: Any videos that your purchase on the www.Spunkstar website
will appear as a charge by Highdrive Production, Inc on your credit card
statement. If you have any billing questions, please contact sales@spunkstar.com.

Q: Are there any restrictions
on where you ship to?
A: We cannot ship any of our products to the following destinations: Florida
(We can ship statewide, EXCEPT for Jacksonville and Tallahassee, which are
restricted), Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio (We can ship statewide, EXCEPT
for Cincinnati, which is restricted). Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas (We can
ship to Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, El Paso
and Austin) Utah and the Virgin Islands. And even though we ship our products
in neutral wrapping, many countries outside the United States still have overzealous
customs agents. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that your international order
will not be subject to customs seizure.
Q: How much do you charge for
shipping?
A: Within the continental United States, our free shipping method is via USPS
First Class mail, and our basic rate is free. Expedited shipping is available
upon request for additional charge. International order, will be shipped international
air mail is free.
Q: How do you ship my order?
A: Our products are shipped in discreet, generic packages with a the Highdrive
Productions return address.
Q: What does it cost to order
from overseas?
A: International shipping is free. Please be aware
that due to the nature of our product and local legislation, international
orders may be subject to customs seizure and we cannot guarantee that orders
will not be confiscated.
Q: How do I know if your
DVDs will play in my machine or computer?
A: Highdrive Productions produces DVD primarily in the DVD5 and DVD-R format
which are compatible with most all consumer DVD players and computer DVD drives
built after 2000. Player built prior to this date may not play back correctly
or at all. Please upgrade your player if you wish to view Highdrive Productions
DVDs. All our DVDs are manufactured using a standard format allowing worldwide
playback. There is no geographical coding used. Please check with the manufacturer
of your player for more information. For best quality viewing use a progressive
scan player
Q: Do you sell your mail
or email lists?
A: We find it heinous that anyone would try to invade another person's
privacy in any manner, whether it is via junk mail, spam email or checking
the return address of packages being delivered. Highdrive Productions values
our customers' privacy, which is why we NEVER give out ANY information about
you and also why our products are shipped in discreet, generic packages with
a corporate return address. We are protecting your privacy.
